This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.06.09.2019 against respondents 4 to 9.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.17.09.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shadnagar P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, GD entry was made and enquiry was done; and that after enquiry a case was registered in Crime No.590 of 2019, under Sections 447, 427 IPC of Shadnagar Police Station on 16.09.2019.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
