The case of the petitioners is that they are agriculturists and they are eking out their livelihood on agriculture. The 1st petitioner is having land to an extent of Ac.4-00 guntas in Sy.No.20, the 2nd petitioner is having land to an extent of Ac.3-59 cents in Sy.No.23/2, the 3rd petitioner is having land to an extent of Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.28, the 4th petitioner is having land to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.28 and the 5th petitioner is having land to an extent of Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.22/1 of Bhanumukkala Village, Banaganapally Mandal, Kurnool District. The petitioners are having pattadar passbooks issued by the revenue authorities in their favour. The 6th respondent is a stone crushing unit in Sy.No.20 of Bhanumukkala Village, Banaganapally Mandal.

Due to which, the petitioners are unable to raise any crops due to the dust that arises from the stone crushing unit. The petitioners have made representations to the District Collector and other respondents on 15-02-20216 and 26-08-2016. As no action has been taken on the representations, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri G.Seshadri, learned counsel for the 4th respondent and learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent. Since the applications filed by the petitioners ventilating their grievance is pending before the authorities, it is for the authorities to consider the same and pass orders.

In view of the same, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 26-08-2016 in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
