THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15040 of 2013 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in disconnecting the electricity supply to the house of the petitioner bearing H.No.8-413/A, Cherla, Bhadrachalam, Khammam District with electricity connection bearing No.2852 and consequently direct the respondents to restore electricity supply to the said house of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
