K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the appellants in W.A. No. 1059 of 2011, and respondent in W.A. No. 1417 of 2011, submits that the cause in the writ appeals do not survive, and the writ appeals have become infructuous.

Neither is Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant in W.A.No.1417 of 2011, present nor is there any representation on his behalf.

Both the writ appeals are, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
