THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2265 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance and wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.12.2015 passed by this Court in WPMP No.46330 of 2014 in W.P.No.37019 of 2014. The first respondent, who worked as Secretary to Secretary to Government, School Education Department, Hyderabad, and now working as Chief Electoral Officer & Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to Government, General Administration (Elections) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in his affidavit filed in support of I.A.No.1/2018, stated that the order of this Court has been complied with.

It is apt to extract para No.7 of the said affidavit wherein it has been stated thus:

"It is further respectfully submitted that, accordingly, the District Vocational Education Officer, Guntur, has issued orders vide proceedings No.Spl./A/2018 dated 14.08.2018 for permission to encash Earned Leave and Half Pay Leave in respect of the petitioner. Further, the emoluments in this regard have also been cleared by the Treasury authorities, thereby comply the Hon'ble High Court Interim orders dated 03-12-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.46330 of 2014 in W.P.No.37019 of 2014."

In view the compliance reported by the 1st respondent, referred supra, the present Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
