This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 6 in taking steps to dispossess the petitioners under the premise that the land in their possession is assigned land, i.e. plot Nos 5,4,3 owned by petitioner Nos 1 to 3 respectively situated in Sy.No.233/3 of Nizampet Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in contravention of the provisions of the A.P. (T.A) Land Revenue Act, Rules 9 (g), 10 of Laoni Rules and the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfer Act, 1977). Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 05-07-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.24070 of 2014. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
