1 This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 26.06.2012 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapur in F.C.O.P.No.134 of 2011.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing of the petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
