THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15831 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana). With consent of both the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2 . The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not conducting the enquiry and not taking action against the 5th respondent society, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner as per law.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 28.03.2016, 07.04.2016, 11.04.2016 and on 13.04.2016 in accordance with law.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise submits that he has no objection for the same.

5. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 13.04.2016 with regard to the actual sale transactions made, which are not reflected in the

records, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
