The learned Counsel for the petitioners reported that C.C.No.753 of 2011 on the file of the Special Magistrate, Nandyal was ended in acquittal. The learned Counsel for the 1st respondent-de facto complainant consented that the above C.C. was ended in acquittal. The learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nandyal Taluk Police Station, according to which, C.C.No.753 of 2011 was ended in acquittal under Section 255(1) Cr.P.C.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
