This Transfer CMP is filed by the petitioner/wife to withdraw O.P.No.893 of 2015 instituted by respondent/husband for dissolution of marriage, which is pending on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to Family Court, Guntur. The case of the petitioner is that her marriage with respondent took place on 23-01-2004 as per Hindu rites. After the marriage, they were blessed with two children. Thereafter, the relations strained between the petitioner and the respondent and shifted their residence to Malkajgiri at Hyderabad. Later as the respondent is not maintaining her, the petitioner filed M.C. No.186 of 2015 before the Family Court, Guntur. It is stated that the petitioner is depending on her father with two children and it is difficult for her to travel from Hyderabad to Guntur on each and every adjournment. As such, transfer CMP is filed.

Though notice is served on the respondent, no counter is filed by controverting the averments made in the petition. Further the respondent has to attend in maintenance case at Guntur. It is stated that the petitioner has no income and having two children. As such, it is difficult for her to travel from Hyderabad to Guntur.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I deem it just and proper to transfer OP.No.893 of 2015 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to Family Court, Guntur. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Tr.CMP. shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 11-12-2015 Nvl
