This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K SARVABHOUMA RAO ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and NONE Appeared for the Respondent No. 2.
THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.7O38 OF 2O2O ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code ol Criminal Procedure by the petitioners-accused Nos.4 and 5 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.50 of 2O2O of Women Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.4 and 5 is present.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1-State has submitted that during pendency of this criminal petition, the Police concerned have completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nizamabad, who in turn numbered the same as C.C.No.l253 ol 2021. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has filed a copy of letter dated 18.O4.2022 addressed by the Strb-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station,
Nizamabad District, to the Public Prosecutor of the High Court to substantiate the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners reported that they have filed a criminal petition challenging the charge-sheet.

In view of the above submission, since entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is a,lso filed, the very purpose of f-rling the criminal petition to quash Crime No.50 of 2O2O of Women Police Station, Nizamabad District, is defeated and thereby the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed. 6.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
