This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. assailing the decree and judgment dated 13.11.2002 passed in A.S.No.3 of 1999 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Chirala.

No representation on behalf of the appellants in the forenoon and afternoon even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
