It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the order whose implementation is sought in the Contempt Case has been modified by a Division Bench in W.A.No.1114 of 2017. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
