THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD MACMA NO. 2054 of 2006 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by claimant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 14.06.2006 in O.P.No.598 of 2002 passed by the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC, Nizamabad (for short 'the tribunal).

The order passed by the tribunal is well considered in dismissing O.P. for non joinder of parties and the appeal also cannot be filed against his own vehicle insurance company with specific allegations, which have been made against the crime lorry bearing No. AP T 7755 , which is neither a party before the tribunal nor in the appeal and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
