This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. to direct the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur to furnish a copy of compact disk of closed circuit camera footage to the petitioner forthwith before commencement of the trial in S.C.No.330 of 2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing the criminal revision case has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
