THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14847 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue order or orders direction or directions Writ or Writs particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and declare the action of the respondents particularly the action of the 5th respondent in not issuing satisfaction certificate for the period the petitioner undertaken diet supplies in Sircilla hospital is illegal, arbitrary, against the provisions of G. O. Ms. No. 325 and violative of Article 14 19 (i) (g) and Article 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to consider the tender submitted by the petitioner with out insisting for satisfaction certificate from 5th respondent for the period the petitioner undertaken diet supplies in Sircilla hospital and award the diet contract in respect of 5th respondent hospital to petitioner if he is otherwise eligible."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 21.05.2015, no further orders are required.

Taking the said submission into consideration, the writ petition is closed since no further cause would survive for adjudication. No costs.
