THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.660 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime (PCOR) No.948 of 2015-16 on the file of Prohibition and Excise Inspector, SHO, Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar District. Heard.

On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioner and this is a matter which has to be investigated by the police and this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in the said crime at this stage. However, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation into the crime without arresting the petitioner herein and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
