This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw o.p.No.424 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Family Court, Secunderabad, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both counsels in one voice submitted that O.P.No.424 of 2013 may be withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to Family Court, Secunderabad.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both counsels, and Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.P.No.424 of 2013 pending on the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, is withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Secunderabad, in view of pendency of O.P.No.295 of 2013.
