THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.1657 OF 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in rejecting the claim of the petitioner for appointment under Bread Winner Scheme as Attender/Shramik or Conductor or any other suitable post vide proceedings No.Dy.Suptd.(P)/372(14)/2009-RM(O) dt.14.05.2009, as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and against the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Attender/Shramik/Conductor or any other suitable post under Bread Winner Scheme.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
