Sri Chetluru Sreenivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. Permission is accorded.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
