THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9778 OF 2010 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.54 of 2008 on the file of the G.R.Palli Police Station, Kadapa District.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer submitted charge sheet before the concerned Court.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
