Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.
2. Learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by orders of this Court in W.P.No.24316 of 2013 and batch dt.05-09-2013 as well as W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and batch dt.04-03-2015. 3.
Following the same, this Writ Petition is allowed holding that the 4th respondent is not entitled to refuse to receive and process the documents presented by petitioners in respect of the subject land and consequential direction is issued to the Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject land without reference to the order dt.15-03-2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899,
the Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
