HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.589 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.13 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Bodhan, and transfer the same to Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to try along with O.P.No.450 of 2014.

2. When the matter is coming up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner filed copy of the orders passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, in O.P.No.13 of 2014 dated 24.07.2015. A perusal of the same reveals that the learned Senior Civil Judge disposed of O.P.No.13 of 2014 on 24.07.2015 and in view of the same, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this transfer petition shall stand closed.
