THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.223 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondent of the order dt.17.10.2016 in W.P.No.34712 of 2016. 2.

In the said order this Court had directed the respondent in the Contempt Case to dispose of the petitioner's representation, with regard to modification of the Seniority List, within a period of eight weeks.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that the petitioner's representation for modification of seniority list was rejected on 20.12.2016. Copy of the said order is annexed to the counter affidavit.

In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
