THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20297 of 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that though they submitted a representation on 20.05.2019 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for inclusion of their names in the 2B License of M/s.Darbar Restaurant and Bar at premises bearing No.23-6-476 to 480, Gowlipura Market, Hyderabad, no action has been taken thereon.

A perusal of the aforesaid representation discloses that there are some disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.5 in relation to the partnership deed dated 03.08.2018. As the disputes between the partners inter se can only be resolved in a suit filed under the provisions of the Indian Partnership Act for rendition of accounts and as respondent Nos.2 to 4 cannot resolve the disputes of this nature in exercise of their statutory powers under the provisions of the Telangana Excise Act, filing of this writ petition is misconceived.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
