Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner surrendering before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, vide order dated 31.07.2025, is further extended directing the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad on or before 28.08.2025. In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
