This appeal is filed by the appellant-claimant under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, aggrieved by the order, dated 28.07.2004, in O.P.No.631 of 2003, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-III Addl. District Judge, Karimnagar, wherein the O.P.

filed for grant of compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- was dismissed.

On earlier occasions, there was no representation for the appellant-claimant. Even today also, despite posting the matter under the caption 'for orders', there is no representation for the appellant-claimant. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.

Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
