HCJ&Dr. SA,J W.P.No.10293 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 16.04.2013 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Tribunal has set aside the order dated 05.01.2012, and declared the applicants therein to be entitled for regularization of their services with effect from 03.11.2013 in terms of the proposal sent by the respondent therein vide letter dated 26.05.2011. It was further directed that the applicants will not be entitled to the arrears of pay but they will be eligible for notional fixation of pay with effect from 03.11.2003. The learned Tribunal further granted the petitioner-respondents six weeks time to implement the directions.

Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that since the petitioners were aggrieved by the said order, they did file W.P.No.10292 of 2014 and W.P.No.7784 of 2017. Both these writ petitions were decided by a learned Division Bench of this Court in its judgment dated 20.08.2018. By the said judgment, the learned Division Bench dismissed the writ petitions and granted the petitioners eight weeks time to implement the directions of the learned Tribunal.

Since the present writ petition arises out of the same impugned order, this writ petition is also disposed of in similar terms as the judgment dated 20.08.2018 in W.P.No.10292 of 2014 and W.P.No.7784 of 2017. The petitioners are granted eight weeks time to implement the directions issued by the learned Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
