This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 3 & 4 in not registering the complaint of petitioner dt.14.09.2019 & 05.09.2019 against 5th respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.17.09.2019 submitted by the Station House Officer, Kandukur Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that the petitioner did not give any complaint either on 14.09.2019 or 05.09.2019 in the police station of Kandukur; that the petitioner gave complaint only on 17.09.2019; and that on the same day the complaint was registered vide FIR No.215/2019, dt.17.09.2019.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
