Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present Writ Petition against the 1st petitioner was dismissed on 25.03.2014.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the part of the respondents 1 to 3 on the applications of petitioners dated 11.05.2013 and 23.05.2013 submitted for assignment of Ac.5.00 cents each in Re-Survey No.19 in favour of petitioners in Makkinavarigudem Revenue Village, T.Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of Provisions of Andhra Pradesh Board of Revenue Standing Order-15 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant assignment of said lands in favour of petitioners."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a

CPK,J WP_6823_2014 direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners may be directed to make a fresh application for assignment of land, in which event the same may be directed to be considered, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing petitioners 2 to 22 to make a fresh application seeking assignment of Ac.5.00 cents each in Re-Survey No.19 in favour of petitioners in Makkinavarigudem Revenue Village, T.Narsapuram Mandal, West Godavari District, within a period of one week from today, in which event, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and if the petitioners are entitled to or eligible as on today for assignment of land, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter. The Writ Petition is dismissed against the 1st petitioner. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
