The present writ petition is filed alleging that the 3rd respondent is illegally interfering with the enjoyment of petitioners' property and also with the construction of boundary wall around the subject property as illegal, arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.

The learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that there are three (3) complaints being F.I.R.Nos.207, 209 and 211 of 2019 registered in respect of land in Survey No.66/1 of Kondakal village, Sheriguda Gram Panchayat and in the course of investigation in respect of the said F.I.Rs., the Police authorities have visited the lands where petitioners lands are also said to be forming part of. In the said written instructions, it is categorically stated that except for the purpose of investigation, the Police never interfered with the civil disputes nor interfered with the construction activities.

Recording the said statement made on behalf of 3rd respondent as per the written instructions submitted by the Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are required in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
