This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.67 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Badwel Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 (D) and 506 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
