ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to enlarge the petitioners/A1 and A2 on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.3 of 2017 of Porumamilla Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 IPC.

After arguing the matter, learned counsel for petitioners requested to issue a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court and on such surrender, the Court may be directed to decide the application on the same day.

Acceding to the request of learned counsel for petitioners and considering the material available on record, I deem it appropriate to decide the criminal petition without touching the merits of the matter. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Badvel, and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate is directed to decide the application for bail, if any, filed on the same day, subject to giving notice to the learned Public Prosecutor and on hearing the argument of learned Public Prosecutor.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
