HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2076 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.524 of 2010 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, registered for the offences under Sections 324, 506, 509 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 12.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Tadikonda Police Station, Guntur District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet before Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, C.C.No.524 of 2010 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 17.07.2013 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.524 of 2010 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
