Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking, under USR No.78974 dated 20.12.2019, stating that the matter has been settled under which the respondent-Company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.18,00,000/ -, within a period of two months, for which the petitionerCompany has consented. Therefore, the learned counsel prays to close the company petition.

It is made clear that this Court is closing the Company Petition accepting the undertaking filed by Mr. T. Vara Prasad of the respondent Company, and in the event of non-compliance of the undertaking, Mr. T. Vara Prasad shall be liable for criminal prosecution under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1981.
