When the matter was listed on 05.01.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel, Mr C. Kalyan Rao, appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6 insisted this Court to take up the vacate stay petition viz., I.A.No.2 of 2022 in W.P.No.23277 of 2020 for vacating the interim order granted by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2020, dated 25.02.2021. However, this Court is of the opinion that since interim stay is in operation for more than one year, to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, listed this case under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, in spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
