THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12611 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.466 of 2011 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The matter (C.C.No.466 of 2011) pertains to the year 2011. Hence, the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
