This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue an order, direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ (I) declare the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in illegally detaining the coal filled loaded vehicles numbering 12, i.e. (i) AP20 TC 2169; (ii) AP15X 9457; (iii) AP 29V 4566; (iv) AP 16TX 1665; (v) AP 28TA 1629; (vi) AP 36X 1461; (vii) AP 15Y 1996; (viii) AP07 TW 0634; (ix) AP15 Y 5847; (x) AP 16W 9627; (xi) AP15 Y 7187 and (xii) AP 28X 3892. is illegal, arbitrary and unjust; (II) and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to release all the coal loaded 12 vehicles (i) AP20 TC 2169; (ii) AP15X 9457; (iii) AP 29V 4566; (iv) AP 16TX 1665; (v) AP 28TA 1629; (vi) AP 36X 1461; (vii) AP 15Y 1996; (viii) AP07 TW 0634; (ix) AP15 Y 5847; (x) AP 16W 9627; (xi) AP15 Y 7187 and (xii) AP 28X 3892." 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Singareni Collieries Company Limited and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the third respondent. 3.
When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that the police have registered F.I.R.No.54/2017 on 11.02.2017 and the coal filled vehicles are produced before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Karimnagar.

In these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition keeping it open for the petitioner herein to move necessary application before the said Court for reddressal of his grievance. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to move necessary application before the said Court for reddressal of his grievance.
