HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6282 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that it is a registered society formed for development of Temple i.e., Venugopalaswamy Devasthanam at Burepalli Village, as the original temple was submerged along with entire village in Gundlakamma Reservoir. The Government has allotted the land to various temples and also constructed a colony by name R & R Colony and issued pattas to all eligible persons. In the course of allotment, Plot Nos.67 and are earmarked for Venugopalaswamy temple and the petitioner has undertaken construction of temple by collecting donations and completed nearly 60% of the works. Inspite of the proceedings issued by the District Collector dated 20.01.2014 to the Tahsildar stating that Plot No.67 is allotted to Venugopalaswamy Temple, some persons tried to encroach the same.

In respect of the same, the petitioner requested the revenue authorities to survey the land and fix the boundaries. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make necessary application through Mee-Seva by paying necessary fee to the 4th respondent for conducting survey of the subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary application will be made by the petitioner through Mee-Seva to the 4th respondent.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make necessary application to the 4th respondent through Mee-Seva by paying necessary fee and on such application being made by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23.02.2017 dv
