THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.4757 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Ramesh Ranganathan) The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not taking action against the 4th respondent, pursuant to the show-cause notice dated 01.11.2016, as arbitrary and illegal.

Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, Learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board-2nd respondent, would place before us a copy of the order dated 04.01.2017 issued by the Telangana State Pollution Control Board to the 4th respondent directing them to comply with certain directions. Learned Standing Counsel would submit that, in terms of the proceedings dated 04.01.2017, action would be taken in accordance with law. As the Pollution Control Board has already taken action pursuant to the earlier show-cause notice, by issuing proceedings dated 04.01.2017, we see no reason to entertain this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
