THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.907 of 2017 ORDER:

The Contemnors are present pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.07.2017.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 14.03.2017, passed in W.P.No.4882 of 2017, whereunder this Court directed respondents 3 and 4 to pay honorarium to the vidya volunteers appointed by the Madarasas, if there is no dispute with regard to their running. 3.

Now a counter affidavit is filed stating that a detailed speaking order was passed rejecting the honorarium claims of (19) Madarsa Nazims issued on 05.07.2017.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said order is not related to the petitioner and the same is not disputed by learned Government Pleader. At this stage, it is suggested to learned Government Pleader that appropriate orders shall be passed and communicate the same to the petitioner. In view of the same, learned Government Pleader accepted the same and sought time to pass orders.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed and liberty is given to the respondents to pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
