Heard.

With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the order dated 27.03.2017, made in Election O.P.No.56 of 2014, on the file of Election Tribunal-cum-Senior Civil Judge Court at Jagtial, Karimnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.06.2017, made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. 6.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the representation dated 14.06.2017, made by the petitioner, for implementation of the order in Election O.P.No.56 of 2014, on the file of election Tribunal-cum-Senior Civil Judge Court at Jagtial, Karimnagar District, in accordance with law, as early as possible,

preferably within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
