When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 29.02.2012, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
