THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2144 OF 2013 ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.5 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.2 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandalur, Kadapa District.
When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.
Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
