THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 18849 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the order dated 30.06.2010 issued in Proc.No.41/B/2008 by the respondent No.2 in cancelling the deputation of the petitioner as arbitrary, capricious, illegal, unconstitutional, null and void. 2.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 02.03.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf the petitioner. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
