HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1257 OF 2008 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is pending since 2008 against the order dated 22-03-2007, disposing of the writ petition, with direction to respondent No.17 to consider the writ petitioners representation dated 20-03-2007 expeditiously and in accordance with law.

There is no interim order either suspending or granting stay of the impugned order. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to keep this writ appeal pending any further. If at all representation has already been decided, it is open to the appellants to take appropriate remedy, if the order is adverse to them. If the representation is still pending, the concerned authority shall decide it within a period of eight weeks from today. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.17 is directed to communicate this order to the concerned authority within two weeks from today.

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
