As there was no representation for the petitioner on 28.01.2015, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", when the matter is called, there was no representation for the petitioner in the forenoon. Matter was passed over and in the afternoon also, when the matter is called, there is no representation.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order granted on 01.03.2007 in W.P.M.P.No.5223/2007 stands vacated. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
