THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13250 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.87 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Piduguralla Police Station, Guntur District. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating officer submitted the charge sheet before the concerned Court. She further submitted that after full-fledged trial, the petitioner was acquitted. In view of the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
