Ramasubramanian) This writ petition arises out of an interim order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad. The interim order was dated 03.03.2005. While admitting the writ petition, an interim suspension was granted by this Court. By now, the Original Application itself could have been disposed of. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as nothing may survive. No order as to costs. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
