This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.10.2013 passed in I.A.No.1896 of 2012 in O.A.No.925 of 2011 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proprietor of the petitioner-company is no more and that he is not in a position to say as to who are the legal representatives of the said person. In such circumstances, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
